Meet the Owner
Nash Lucas | Owner & Operator
Skiing has been a part of Nash's life for as long as he can remember. Growing up in the Vail Valley and around the ski industry, he developed a passion for the sport at a young age. That passion eventually led to nearly a decade of competing professionally in freestyle moguls, including competing at the World Cup level.
Throughout his competitive career, skiing has taken Nash across the United States and around the world, giving him the opportunity to train and compete on some incredible mountains. From long days training in Colorado to skiing internationally in places like Chile, he's experienced the sport from just about every angle. Along the way, he's had the opportunity to work with talented athletes and coaches, compete at a high level, and gain experiences that have shaped both his skiing and his approach to the industry.
Alongside his competitive career, Nash has spent time coaching younger athletes, helping them develop their skills and find their own passion for skiing. His years of competing and coaching have given him a firsthand understanding of how much properly maintained equipment can influence performance, confidence, and the overall experience on snow.
Beyond the mountain, Nash grew up spending time in ski shops and learning the technical side of the industry. Over the years, he's developed hands-on experience with ski tuning, repairs, and equipment maintenance. Whether preparing skis for competition or keeping everyday equipment in top shape, he's always appreciated the attention to detail that goes into getting a pair of skis dialed in.
As the owner of Mill Creek Sports, Nash brings together his competitive skiing background, technical knowledge, and passion for the sport. His focus is on providing quality workmanship, honest advice, and the kind of personal service that keeps customers coming back.
Whether you're a lifelong local, visiting Vail for the first time, or looking to get the most out of your equipment, Nash looks forward to welcoming you to Mill Creek Sports.
